Account & Records

As accountability and stewardship is the mark of the Ministerial Church, Account and Records department play a major synergy  in the following:

  1. Take records of all avenues of financing the kingdom work in the Church –Tithes, General Offering, Seed-Faith, Vows/pledges and other donations etc.
  2. Keep Books & Materials relating to financial matters.
  3. Take records of all finance-related matters and ensure availability on demand for any usage.
  4. Be involved in the banking process of money.
  5. Computerised and format all documents relating to Accounts and Records
  6. May be charged to disburse (released) fund to appropriate matters.
  7. Stock divergent materials use for logistic during service sessions (Tithe Card or envelope; pledge or seedFaith slips etc )
  8. . . . And any other finance related matters
